Gilbert + Tobin are one of Australia’s leading independent corporate law firms. They are renowned for their pro bono services and championing important causes such as equality and reconciliation with Australia’s indigenous peoples.

Annually attracting the best graduates is a key business priority.

Tasked with developing their 2021 graduate recruitment campaign we developed a campaign idea – ‘believe in bold’. This idea encapsulated a key difference between G+T and other, larger more traditional law firms – a unique culture where innovation is embraced and a willingness to ‘break-the-mould’ and speak-out is encouraged.

The campaign centred around series of team member testimonial videos, showcasing what the organisations values mean to them and how they’d shaped their careers at G+T. The four core testimonial videos were then adapted for use through different channels including, social and advertising. We designed a large format brochure and developed a new recruitment website.

The campaign attracted a high calibre of applications – driven and passionate graduates, motivated by more than just salary.
