Australia Post – Shipster

A subscription service from Australia Post, Shipster was conceived to address one of the key barriers in online shopping – shipping cost. They needed to reposition the brand for greater appeal to key audiences.

INSIGHT-LED IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
We identified that by removing delivery costs Shipster makes online shopping more immediate, easier, and even more fun. We developed a bold brand idea which set the tone for this digital-first brand – ‘simple, snappy shopping’.

BRIGHT, CONFIDENT AND FULL OF LIFE
Strong colours, short punchy headlines and a direct photographic style firmly position Shipster as a retail service that stands apart from Australia Post. A photoshoot capturing people and products created a cohesive set of visual assets.

BRINGING IT TO LIFE
The flexible design system allows for promotion of product, brand or occasion across multiple channels. A simple writing framework and distinctive visual style enable communications to be direct, vibrant and easy to create. We created posters, eDM’s and website design as part of this project.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT
Top level visual guidelines were developed together with visual assets and key messages for Australia Post’s internal studio to use across their marketing plan.
